CERTIFICATED ADJUNCT SALARY HOURLY SCHEDULE 2018-2019:
The Hourly Range: $58.21 to $93.06
Doctorate Range: $68.60 to $95.51

Personnel new to the District are limited to a maximum 10th step placement based on previous experience equivalent to: $90.37

Scope of Assignment

Part time instruction positions in Political Science.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in political science, government, or international relations OR bachelor’s degree in any of the above AND master’s degree in economics, history, public administration, social science, sociology, any ethnic studies, J.D., or LL.B. OR the equivalent.

ADJUNCT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
At the time an offer of assignment is made, proper salary placement is contingent upon receipt of OFFICIAL (sealed) transcripts. Instructors with advanced degrees and coursework shall be placed on the appropriate salary column and step up to step 10. Initial salary placement will be at the first column/step until official transcripts have been submitted to Human Resources and placement processed. Note: there is a separate salary range for summer school.
